salsa verde

Had fun this week harvesting those Tomatillo’s I posted a few weeks ago, along with Onions, Cilantro and Serrano Chili’s from the garden this week. We made a delicious Salsa Verde by roasting the peeled Tomatillo’s in the oven for about 12 minutes (until they just start going a little black) then whizzing them up in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients.
